I’m Kirenia Chandle , a Real Estate Broker, Real Estate Coach, Team Leader, and Entrepreneur
that is dedicated to helping people move forward with confidence.

I was born and raised in Burlington, and while I did spend a decade living in Oakville, my family
and I made our way back home, to the city we love.

In 2014 I made the decision to get my real estate license, the best career choice I ever made. I
was very fortunate to immediately start working directly with buyers and sellers across GTHA.
By 2017, I had become a Managing Broker at Royal LePage, coaching agents, building
systems, and helping others grow. In 2020, I launched my first real estate team. Yes, we hit the
top 2% in Canada but let’s be real… it was the pandemic, and the market was on fire! That
season taught me a powerful lesson, that real success isn’t just about market conditions. It’s
about mindset, systems, and showing up with unstoppable confidence when others don’t.

belief that real estate should feel empowering and not overwhelming. I’ve helped hundreds of
